Move-in Day 2023

On the heels of Tropical Storm Hilary, Â鶹ÊÓƵ extended a sunny and dry welcome to members of the Class of 2027 and their families as they arrived on campus.

Led by the ever-energetic O-Team, student and staff volunteers were on hand on August 21 to help the newest cohort of first-years and transfer students settle in on campus. Families and Â鶹ÊÓƵstaff members helped students move into their rooms and roommates met each other in person for the first time. Students also met with their Resident Advisers at the residence halls. A full schedule of events took place, including the "Welcome to Oxy! A Community Celebration" event at Rush Gymnasium.
