Fall 2025 Students:
For returning residential students, the Card Office will be open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on move-in day, Saturday, August 23.
Community Pass:
- Walk-ins accepted between 10am - 6pm

Student ID Card Photo Process
- Submit a clear, recent photo of yourself with a light colored, solid background.
- Email your photo directly to cardoffice@oxy.edu.
- Ensure that your photo follows similar protocols to a government issued ID photo or passport. Please upload your photo in either .jpeg or .jpg format!
- We are unable to import newer Apple formats such as heif, heic, and hevc.
