Lockwood

Johnny “Buc” Lockwood is a dedicated mentor and leader who draws on a rich background in athletics, the arts, and education to help young people pursue their goals. A varsity hockey and baseball player at the University of Vermont, he graduated with a degree in English before later becoming a Research Fellow at Harvard’s Institute of Politics. Buc spent time in his career on Wall St. and in a band based in NYC having signed a record contract. He co-founded The 42 Initiative with John Branca to bring together youth from all backgrounds through Club 42 programs in sports, esports, music, and dance—creating spaces where teamwork, discipline, and creativity thrive.
