Field Research Assistant
Katie has been volunteering with the VRG studying larval taxonomy since October of 2021 and joined the lab as a Field Research Assistant in August of 2024. She graduated from the University of Washington in 2021 with a B.A. in Environmental Studies. After graduating, she worked as a wildlife camera research assistant and urban wildlife educator in collaboration with the Computational Biology lab at Â鶹ÊÓƵ. She currently works in the horticulture department at Theodore Payne Foundation for Wild Flowers and Native Plants.
