
Michael Lloyd is a renowned American record producer, arranger, songwriter, and music supervisor whose career spans over six decades. He has contributed to more than 100 gold and platinum records, collaborating with artists such as Barry Manilow, Belinda Carlisle, the Osmonds, and Debby Boone. Lloyd's notable achievements include producing the Grammy and Academy Award-winning hit "(I've Had) The Time of My Life" from the Dirty Dancing soundtrack. Appointed as Vice President of A&R at MGM Records at just 20, he has also supervised music for over 100 films and numerous television projects, leaving a lasting impact on the music industry. We are thrilled to welcome Michael as the inaugural Linda and Mike Curb Visiting Fellow, starting in the fall semester of 2025.
