The standard Â鶹ÊÓƵpolicy is that anyone driving anyone but themselves must be registered as an Authorized Driver, even if using their own vehicle.
Â鶹ÊÓƵ does not provide insurance for vehicles. The only covered vehicles are Â鶹ÊÓƵvehicles (Bengal Buses and one passenger car) through Facilities Management or the .
Unless you are an authorized driver and you have filled out the proper forms for your shoot, you may not transport cast and/or crew. If you are shooting off-campus, either use an authorized driver, or ask everyone to meet you at the location. The process for becoming a authorized driver takes some time, so please plan accordingly.
